Custom enclosures
Custom Enclosure Manufacturing for Electronics and Controls
Send the enclosure drawing or the parts that go inside it. We make the box, cut every opening, finish it, fit seals and hardware and check it before shipping. Reply within 24 business hours.
Is a custom enclosure worth it?
A catalog box is cheaper when it fits. Tick what applies to your product.
Enclosures we make
- Control cabinets
- Electronics housings
- Rack and chassis units
- Instrument cases
- Junction and terminal boxes
- Machined aluminum housings
- Outdoor enclosures
- Display and HMI housings
Send the 3D model of the boards and connectors if you have it. Cutouts placed from the real parts fit the first time.
Sheet metal or machined aluminum?
Both make strong enclosures. The difference is volume, look and how many features the box carries.
Sheet metal
Laser cut, bent, welded or riveted, then finished.
- Lowest price per unit at most sizes
- Large enclosures and cabinets
- Short tooling-free lead time
Machined aluminum
Milled from solid or extrusion, with features cut directly into the walls.
- Premium look and very tight fits
- Thick walls for heat and shielding
- Higher price, best for small sizes

What drives the price of an enclosure
Five things decide most enclosure quotes.
- ProcessSheet metal is cheaper than machining from solid at most volumes.
- Cutouts and featuresEvery opening, stud and boss adds programming and machine time.
- FinishPowder coat, anodize, silkscreen and custom colors each add a step.
- SealingGaskets and IP testing add parts and checks.
- QuantitySetup and programming are paid once and spread over the batch.

Questions customers ask
Something else? Email .
Can you design the enclosure around our boards?
Yes. Send the 3D models of the boards, displays and connectors with the clearances you need. We propose the enclosure in 3D for your approval before we cut metal.
Can you add our logo and labels?
Yes. Silkscreen, pad print, laser marking and engraving are all possible. Send the artwork as vector files.
Do you install hardware and gaskets?
Yes. PEM inserts, studs, hinges, locks, gaskets and DIN rails are fitted before shipping, so the enclosure arrives ready for your assembly.
What is the smallest order?
One prototype. Prototypes are made the same way as production units, so the first article tells you what production will look like.
Do you make the enclosures yourselves?
Production runs at partner shops we have audited for this kind of work. We stay responsible for the order: we review the drawing, pick the shop, follow production, inspect before shipping and deliver to you. You deal with one contact and one purchase order.
Can you sign an NDA first?
Yes. Tick the NDA box on the quote form and we sign one with you before anyone outside our team opens your files. Every partner on the project works under the same terms.
